RAIL TRACK STRUCTURE GIRDER REPLACEMENT METHOD AND CARRIAGE USED FOR REPLACEMENT
To provide a girder replacement method for a rail track structure having a rail fixed on a girder fixed on a cradle via a sleeper, which reduces time required for replacement without increasing work time beforehand.SOLUTION: The method includes: a release process for releasing a fastening between a cross girder 11 and a replacement object vertical girder 12; a fixation release process for releasing fixation of the replacement object vertical girder 12 to the cradle 2; a girder carrying-out process for moving a carriage 20 to an upper part of the replacement object vertical girder 12, lifting the replacement object vertical girder 12 using a suspension mechanism provided on the carriage 20, and loading the girder onto the carriage 20; a girder carrying-in process for moving the carriage 20 carrying a new vertical girder 12 to the upper part of the position where the replacement object vertical girder 12 was installed, lowering down the new vertical girder 12 using the suspension mechanism provided on the carriage 20, and placing the new girder at the position where the replacement object vertical girder 12 was installed; a fixation process for fixing the new vertical girder to the cradle 2; and a fastening process for fastening the new vertical girder 12 and the cross girder 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】架台に固定された桁上に枕木を介して軌条が固定された線路構造物における桁の交換方法において、事前の作業時間を増加させることなく、交換に要する時間を短縮する。【解決手段】本方法は、横桁11と交換対象の縦桁12との締結を解除する解除工程と、交換対象の縦桁12の架台2への固定を解消する固定解消工程と、交換対象の縦桁12の上部に台車20を移動させ、台車20に設けられた吊り機構を用いて交換対象の縦桁12を吊り上げ、台車20上に搭載し搬出する桁搬出工程と、新たな縦桁12を搭載した台車20を交換対象の縦桁12が設置されていた位置の上部に移動させ、新たな縦桁12を、台車20の吊り機構を用いて吊り下げ、交換対象の縦桁12が設置されていた位置に載置する桁搬入工程と、新たな縦桁を架台2に固定する固定工程と、新たな縦桁12と横桁11とを締結する締結工程と、を含む。【選択図】図3
