METAL CONNECTOR FOR WOODEN BUILDING
To provide a metal connector used to install a column on a foundation of a wooden building, and to connect between the column and a beams and the like.SOLUTION: A metal connector is provided with a lag screw body 2, and a connecting screw shaft 9 integrated with the lag screw body 2 concentrically protruding from one end of the lag screw body 2. The lag screw body 2 is configured to be provided with; a square shaft part 6 for a rotational operation arranged on an end outer peripheral; a fixing area 5 for bolt press-fitting arranged on the other end; and a pipe member 4 with a spirally projected strip 7 formed an outer peripheral surface between the square shaft part 6 and the fixing area 5 for bolt press-fitting. The jointing screw shaft 9 is configured to be provided with a rear end screw shaft part 8b of a bolt 3 inserted in the lag screw body 2 and the other end of the bolt 3 is arranged with a tip screw shaft part 8a positioned inside of the fixing area 5 for bolt press-fitting of the lag screw body 2, wherein an inner peripheral surface of the fixing area 5 for bolt press-fitting is press-fitted on the tip screw shaft part 8a to integrate both.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造建築物の基礎への柱の据え付けや柱と梁の結合などに使用される連結金具を提供する。【解決手段】ラグスクリュー本体2と、このラグスクリュー本体2と一体化され且つ当該ラグスクリュー本体2の一端から同心状に突出する連結用螺軸9から成る連結金具であって、ラグスクリュー本体2は、一端外周に回転操作用角軸部6が設けられると共に他端にボルト圧着固定領域5が設けられ且つこの回転操作用角軸部6とボルト圧着固定領域5との間の外周面に螺旋突条7が形成されたパイプ材4から構成され、前記連結用螺軸9は、ラグスクリュー本体2内に挿入されたボルト3の後端螺軸部8bによって構成されると共に、当該ボルト3の他端部には、ラグスクリュー本体2のボルト圧着固定領域5の内側に位置する先端螺軸部8aが設けられ、この先端螺軸部8aにボルト圧着固定領域5の内周面が圧着されて両者が一体化されている。【選択図】図1
