To provide a resin frame and a fitting capable of preventing heat deformation.SOLUTION: A resin batten 10 is provided with two layer of a resin base material 11 and a fiber-reinforced resin material 15 bonded to the resin base material 11. The resin base material 11 is composed of PVC. The fiber-reinforced resin material 15 is composed of PBT containing glass fiber. A linear expansion coefficient of the fiber-reinforced resin material 15 is smaller than that of the resin base material 11. A Young's modulus of the fiber-reinforced resin material 15 is larger than that of the resin base material 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
