RESIN FRAME, FITTING, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RESIN FRAME
To provide a manufacturing method of a resin frame, the resin frame, and the fitting thereof, achieving coordination of its bond strength and its appearance at a desired standard when bonding frame members adjacent to each other for forming the resin frame.SOLUTION: The resin frame of the present invention has frame members (2) combined in a frame shape including corner parts, with a partition member disposed inside of the frame shape for partitioning between its front and back. The frame member is equipped with a plate part. A pair of said frame members adjacent to each other at the corner parts are equipped with bonding parts (10) butted and bonded at end faces of each other. The bonding part is equipped with a whole area-fused part (11) having end faces of a pair of frame members being fused to each other in whole areas of in the thickness direction of each plate part and a partially fused part (12) which is in a state of having end faces of a pair of frame members with each plate part being fused to each other on one side of its whole area in the thickness direction and on the other side of its whole area in the thickness direction being non-fused. The whole area-fused part and the partially fused part exist at different parts of the circumference of the bonding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
