BOOM CONTROL SYSTEM IN CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To cope with an airframe lifting operation and a sudden operation and to reduce number of components, while improving energy efficiency in a boom lowering operation, in a construction machine with a boom.SOLUTION: A first region Y1 which opens a valve passage 16e for regeneration and closes a valve passage 16f for supply, and a second region Y2 which opens the valve passage 16e for regeneration and the valve passage 16f for supply are provided, at an operating position of a first control valve 16 for a boom in a boom lowering operation. Also, in a boom lowering operation: when the operation is not an airframe lifting operation and is not a sudden operation, the first control valve 16 for the boom is positioned at the first region Y1; and when the operation is the airframe lifting operation or the sudden operation, the first control valve 16 for the boom is positioned at the second region Y2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ブームを備えた建設機械において、ブームの下げ操作時に、エネルギー効率の向上を図りながら、機体持上げ操作や急操作にも対応できるようにするとともに、部品点数の削減を図る。【解決手段】ブーム下げ操作時のブーム用第一コントロールバルブ16の作動位置に、再生用弁路16eを開き供給用弁路16fを閉じる第一領域Y1と、再生用弁路16e及び供給用弁路16fを開く第二領域Y2とを設けるとともに、ブーム下げ操作時に、機体持上げ操作でもなく急操作でもない場合には、ブーム用第一コントロールバルブ16を第一領域Y1に位置せしめ、機体持上げ操作あるいは急操作の場合には、第二領域Y2に位置せしめる構成にした。【選択図】図4
