PRECAST CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND CONNECTION METHOD
To greatly improve work efficiency compared to conventional precast concrete floor slab connection structure and connection method and provide a connection structure and a connection method for a precast concrete floor slab with high strength and high durability.SOLUTION: In a connection structure, multiple joint reinforcements 3 protrude from end faces 2 of a precast concrete floor slab 1 and the precast concrete floor slabs 1 facing each other are connected to each other. A convex multistage shear key 5 is formed on a protruding part of each end face 2 from which the multiple joint reinforcement 3 protrudes. A filling hardener 4 is installed between the facing end faces 2. The convex multistage shear key 5 is formed so that a part of the convex multistage shearing key 5 is formed on a covering part of the joint reinforcement 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】従来のプレキャストコンクリート床版の接続構造および接続方法に比べて大幅に作業効率を向上させるとともに、高い強度と優れた耐久性を有するプレキャストコンクリート床版の接続構造および接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート床版1の端面2に複数の継手鉄筋3が突設されるとともに対向する当該プレキャストコンクリート床版1同士が互いに接続される接続構造であって、複数の前記継手鉄筋3が突設される前記端面2の突設部にはそれぞれ凸型多段せん断キー5が形成されるとともに、対向する前記端面2間に間詰め硬化材4が打設され、前記凸型多段せん断キー5は、当該凸型多段せん断キー5の一部が前記継手鉄筋3のかぶり部に形成されている。【選択図】図4
