THERMALLY-EXPANSIBLE MULTILAYER PACKING FOR BUILDING MATERIALS
To provide a thermally-expansible multilayer packing for building materials which is excellent in mechanical strength and has high adhesion between a thermally-expansible resin composition layer and a thermoplastic resin composition layer.SOLUTION: The thermally-expansible multilayer packing for building materials including a protruding portion 20 and a main body portion 10 in a cross-sectional shape with reference to a vertical plane with respect to the longitudinal direction, comprises two or more resin composition layers including at least a thermally-expansible resin composition layer and a thermoplastic resin composition layer. A thermally-expansible resin composition forming the thermally-expansible resin composition layer contains a resin component and thermally-expansible graphite, the resin component is composed of a thermoplastic resin containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the content of vinyl acetate in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 20 wt.% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】機械的強度に優れ、かつ熱膨張性樹脂組成物層と、可塑性樹脂組成物層との間の密着性が高い建材用熱膨張性多層パッキンを提供する。【解決手段】長手方向に対する垂直面を基準とする断面形状に突起部20と本体部10とを含む建材用熱膨張性多層パッキンは、熱膨張性樹脂組成物層と熱可塑性樹脂組成物層とを少なくとも含む二以上の樹脂組成物層からなり、熱膨張性樹脂組成物層を形成する熱膨張性樹脂組成物が、樹脂成分および熱膨張性黒鉛を含有し、樹脂成分はエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体を含む熱可塑性樹脂からなり、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体中の酢酸ビニルの含有量が20重量%以上であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
