CONCRETE FILLING DETECTION SYSTEM AND FILLING DETECTION METHOD
To provide a concrete filling detection system and a filling detection method capable of easily detecting the filling in real time.SOLUTION: A system 10 detects filling of concrete 14 placed inside a formwork 12, and comprises: a small hole 16 provided in the formwork 12 with a size causing no leakage of the concrete 14; a temperature sensor 18 inserted into the small hole 16 and protruded and fixed to the inside of the formwork 12; and filling detection means 20 for detecting a filling state of the concrete 14 around the temperature sensor 18, on the basis of a variation amount of the temperature inside the formwork 12 continuously measured with the temperature sensor 18 at every other specific time, before and after placing the concrete 14 inside the formwork 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易かつリアルタイムに充填を検知することのできるコンクリートの充填検知システムおよび充填検知方法を提供する。【解決手段】型枠１２の内部に打ち込まれるコンクリート１４の充填を検知するシステム１０であって、型枠１２に設けられ、コンクリート１４が漏出しない大きさの小孔１６と、この小孔１６に挿入されて型枠１２の内部に突出して固定された温度センサ１８と、型枠１２の内部にコンクリート１４を打ち込む前後において温度センサ１８で一定の時間ごとに連続して測定された型枠１２の内部の温度の変化量に基づいて、温度センサ１８の周囲のコンクリート１４の充填状況を検知する充填検知手段２０とを備えるようにする。【選択図】図１
