To provide a reinforcement spacer device capable of preventing it from falling off a reinforcement.SOLUTION: A reinforcement spacer device comprises a spacer 2, a falling restriction member (spacer 2), and elastic means 3, which is connected to the spacer on one end side and to the falling restriction member on the other end side and energizes the falling restriction member. The spacer comprises: an outer periphery formation 4, which has a reinforcement insertion port 41; a fixing part forming body 5, which is installed inside the outer periphery formation so as to form a reinforcement fixing part whose center is the same as that of the outer periphery formation and has a reinforcement fixing part inlet 52 to the reinforcement fixing part 51; and a guide part 7, which connects the reinforcement insertion port and the reinforcement fixing part inlet and guides a reinforcement from the reinforcement insertion port to the reinforcement fixing part. The falling restriction member is energized by the elastic means so as to restrict falling of the spacer from a reinforcement A fixed to the reinforcement fixing part of the spacer.
