METHOD OF INSTALLING NON-SCAFFOLD FOR BRIDGE INSPECTION PERMANENT SCAFFOLD
To provide a method of installing a non-scaffold for a bridge inspection permanent scaffold capable of reducing work labor and installation costs by extremely reducing work which requires traffic stop, and also providing excellent workability and capable of installing a permanent scaffold in a short period of time.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of installing a bridge inspection permanent scaffold, comprising: a temporary member attachment step of building and reinforcing a temporary section bar (single pipe P1) between support beams (vertical beams 10) of a permanent scaffold panel 1 unitized into a panel shape of a predetermined size, and then attaching a steel frame clamp C1 for temporarily fixing the temporary section bar to a steel beam H1; a permanent scaffold panel temporary hanging step of temporarily fixing the permanent scaffold panel to the steel beam, and then hanging and supporting both ends of the temporary section bar to the steel beam H1 with the use of a temporary wire rod (scaffold chain C2); and a permanent hanging support member replacing step of using the permanent scaffold panel 1 which was temporarily hung as the scaffold, and replacing the temporary member and the temporary wire rod with permanent suspend support materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】通行止めが必要な作業を極力少なくして作業手間と設置コストを低減することができるとともに、作業性が良好で短期間で恒久足場の設置が可能な橋梁点検用恒久足場の無足場設置工法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁点検用恒久足場の設置工法において、所定の大きさのパネル状にユニット化した恒久足場パネル１の支持梁（縦梁１０）間に仮設条材（単管パイプＰ１）を架け渡して補強するとともに、その仮設条材に鋼桁Ｈ１に仮固定するための鉄骨用クランプＣ１を取り付ける仮設材取付工程と、前記恒久足場パネルを前記鋼桁に仮固定するともに、仮設線材（足場チェーンＣ２）を用いて鋼桁Ｈ１に前記仮設条材の両端部を吊り下げて支持する恒久足場パネル仮吊り工程と、仮吊りした恒久足場パネル１を足場として利用して、前記仮設材及び仮設線材を本設の吊支材に盛り替える本設吊支材盛替工程を行う。【選択図】図１２
