To provide a panel for scaffold easy to take in outside light into an inspection space and permanent scaffold for bridges.SOLUTION: A panel 10 for scaffold has a floor panel 11 having light transmissivity, a latticed floor board 12 with an upper face covered with the floor panel 11, an outer frame 20 fixed to an outer peripheral edge part of the latticed floor board 12, and an underside film 14 spread in such a way that a film end is held to the outer frame 20 and covering the underside of the latticed floor board 12. A permanent scaffold consists of the panel 10 for scaffold being suspended from a bridge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
