TUBULAR PILE INSTALLATION METHOD AND TUBULAR PILE HOLDING DEVICE
To provide a method capable of flexibly coping with a need of constructing a pile with a large diameter and a long pile without being affected by a land form and environment of a construction site in an installation of a tubular pile.SOLUTION: In an installation method of this invention, while an excavation device 8 is suspended by a crane, a tubular pile 71 is held by a tubular pile holding device 3 placed on a structure (for example, a pier under construction) fixed onto a ground. Because the tubular pile holding device shares load of the tubular pile to be installed and lifting load of the crane is reduced, increase in crane specification in the construction can be suppressed even when installing a long pile or a pile with a large diameter. Also, when installing the tubular pile, because the tubular pile is held by the tubular pile holding device on the structure fixed onto the ground, a working radius of the crane is not narrowed, if a pile length or pile diameter is enlarged. Thus, a problem that a span length is shortened is not caused. That is, the method can deal with a requirement of long span, even when installing the long pile or the pile with a large diameter. Further, this invention can securely cope with a construction of a remarkably long pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】管状杭の打設に際し、施工現場の地形や環境に影響されず大径・長尺施工のニーズに柔軟に対応できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の打設方法では、掘削装置8をクレーンで吊設する一方で、地上に固定された構造物上(例えば構築途中の桟橋上)に設置した管状杭保持装置3により管状杭71を支持する。打設する管状杭の荷重を管状杭保持装置が分担することによりクレーン吊荷重が低減できるので、長尺・大径の杭を打設する場合でも、施工におけるクレーン規格の増大を抑えることができる。また、管状杭打設の際、地上に固定された構造物上にある管状杭保持装置で管状杭を支持するので、杭長・杭径が増してもクレーン作業半径が狭まることはなく、そのため、支間長を縮めるといった弊害が生じない。すなわち、長尺・大径の杭を打設する場合でも、長支間の要請に応えることができる。さらに、杭長が著しく長くなる施工の場合でも、本発明であれば確実に対応することができる。【選択図】図1
