STAIR MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND CONNECTING MEMBER FOR STAIRS
To provide a stair mounting structure in which a metal fitting is not exposed at a connecting portion between an open string and an upstairs structural member and the strength of the connecting portion is strong.SOLUTION: There is provided a mounting structure of exposed stairs in which a connection end portion 1a of an upper portion of an open string 1 and an upstairs structural member 2 such as a beam are connected via connection members 10 and 20, and a front surface of the connection end portion 1a of the open string 1 is mounted so as to be abutted with the upstairs structural member 2. An attachment groove 1b opening upward and forward is formed in the connection end portion 1a of the open string 1. The connecting members 10, 20 comprise the first connecting metal fitting 10 having a convex or concave first fitting portion 15 and attached to the attachment groove 1b so as not to protrude from the attachment groove 1b, and the second connecting metal fitting 20 having a concave or convex second fitting portion 22 fitted to the first fitting portion 15 of the first connecting metal fitting 10 and attached to the upstairs structural member 2. When the first fitting portion 15 and the second fitting portion 22 are fitted together, the second connecting metal fitting 20 is also accommodated in the attachment groove 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
