FAUCET MOUNTING MECHANISM AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING FAUCET
To provide a faucet mounting mechanism and a method for mounting the faucet, that can be installed from a small mounting hole to a large mounting hole if necessary, can reduce cost by minimizing a number of parts and can make construction work easier.SOLUTION: A faucet mounting mechanism 1 comprises fixing an adapter 5 for attaching a faucet having an insertion hole 4 of a supply pipe to an upper part of a faucet mounting plate part 3 provided with a through hole 2 for inserting the supply pipe from the upper side in a state where the insertion hole communicates with the through hole to install a faucet to the adapter 5, wherein the adapter 5 has a provided first holder guide and a provided second holder guide 6, 6 inserted through the through hole 2, the first holder guide 1 has a male screw 6a on an outer peripheral surface, and the faucet mounting mechanism comprises: an upper holder 10 having the through hole 9 through which the first holder guide 6 is inserted and the through hole 9 through which the second holder guide 7 is inserted, and a lower holder 11 having a female screw 11a to be engaged with the male screw 6a of the first holder guide 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】必要に応じて小さい取付穴から大きい取付穴に施工することができるとともに、部品点数をできるだけ少なくしてコスト低減を図り、さらには、施工作業を容易にできる水栓取付け機構及び水栓取付け方法を提供すること。【解決手段】水栓取付け機構1は、供給管挿通用の貫通穴2が開設された水栓取付板部3の上部に、供給管の挿通孔4を有する水栓取り付け用のアダプター5を、前記挿通孔と前記貫通穴を連通させる状態で上方から固定し、このアダプター5に水栓を取り付けるようにした水栓取付け機構であって、前記アダプター5に、前記貫通穴2に挿通される第1、第2ホルダーガイド6,6を設け、前記第1ホルダーガイド1は外周面に雄ネジ6aを有しており、そして前記第1ホルダーガイド6が挿通される貫通孔9及び第2ホルダーガイド7が挿通される貫通孔9を有する上ホルダー10と、第1ホルダーガイド6の前記雄ネジに6a螺合する雌ネジ11aを有する下ホルダー11とを備える。【選択図】 図2
