The invention discloses a modified humidifying material and a preparation method thereof, and humidifying concrete using the modified humidifying material. The preparation method of the modified humidifying material comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a humidifying material which is any one or a combination of sepiolite and zeolite powder; (2) putting the humidifying material into a saltsolution, standing, pouring out the supernatant, and cleaning the humidifying material to obtain a pretreated material; (3) drying the pretreated material, and heating at the temperature of 180-200 DEG C for 1-4 hours to obtain an intermediate material; and (4) repeating the steps (2) and (3) on the intermediate material for at least two times to obtain the modified humidifying material. Accordingto the preparation method of the modified humidifying material, the preparation method of the modified humidifying material and the humidifying concrete using the modified humidifying material, the natural humidifying material is comprehensively modified by utilizing a salt solution and heating, so that the humidifying performance of the modified humidifying material is improved.
本发明公开了改性调湿材料、其制备方法及使用其的调湿混凝土，改性调湿材料的制备方法，括以下步骤：(1)准备调湿材料，所述调湿材料为海泡石、沸石粉中的任意一种或其组合；(2)将调湿材料放入盐溶液中静置，倒掉上清液后对调湿材料进行清洗，获得预处理材料；(3)将预处理材料烘干后，在180～200℃的条件下进行加热1～4h，获得中间材料；(4)将中间材料重复步骤(2)和(3)至少两次，获得改性调湿材料。本技术方案提出的一种改性调湿材料的制备方法、其制备方法及使用其的调湿混凝土，利用盐溶液和加热对天然调湿材料进行综合改性，有利于提升其调湿性能。
