To provide a fixture and a wall structure of a building which can prevent strength and durability of the structure from deteriorating as well as realize easy installation and improvement of layout flexibility relating to an abutting member.SOLUTION: A fixture 10 is able to be equipped with an abutting member 30. The fixture 10 is provided with a base plate 11, a first side wall 12, a second side wall 13, a supporting part 14, a first engaging part 15, a second engaging part 16, and a fixing plate 17. The fixing plate 17 extends from a tip edge 13A of the second side wall 13 in an opposite direction to the base plate 11, and is arranged at a position closer to the base plate 11 than the supporting part 14. The abutting member 30 comprises an attachment part 31 fixable to the fixing plate 17, and an erecting piece 32 to be erected in an intersectional direction to the attachment part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
