To provide a fixture capable of executing mounting work easily and a wall structure of building.SOLUTION: A fixture 10 can include a contact tool 30. The fixture 10 has a base plate part 11, a wall part 12, a protrusion part 13, a support part 14, a first locking part 15 and a second locking part 16. The wall part 12 protrudes from one side end edge 11A of the base plate part 11 toward the base plate part 11. The protrusion part 13 protrudes to the same side as the wall part 12 from the other end edge 11B side of the base plate part 11, and a length L13 protruding from the base plate part 11 is shorter than the wall part 12. The contact tool 30 includes: a mounting part 31 which can be fixed from the protrusion part 13 side to at least one of the base plate part 11 and a substantially the same surface 8P with the base plate part 11; an erect piece 32 erected in the direction crossing with respect to the mounting part 31 and protruding to the opposite side from the base plate part 11; and a holding part 33 integral with the mounting part 31, and capable of holding the protrusion part 13 from the direction crossing with respect to the base plate part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
