SYSTEM, METHOD FOR MANAGING WATER-SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND MANAGEMENT DEVICE
To provide a system, a method for managing the water-supply installation and a management device, that can easily perform appropriate maintenance and can reduce a burden on user and a management point.SOLUTION: The system comprises a water-supply installation for supplying water to a building and a management device for managing various information of the water-supply installation. The water-supply installation has a storage unit that stores operation-related information with respect to operation of the water-supply device and is configured to be able to transmit the operation-related information to an external terminal. The management device creates specific information for specifying an inquiry with respect to the water-supply device from a user, and stores the operation-related information in a management memory for managing information of the water-supply installation when the specific information and the operation-related information are received from the external terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
