To provide an installation management system and an installation management method allowing standardization of recognition of a next construction step among workers, and allowing smooth switching of the construction steps.SOLUTION: An installation management device 40 has: an advanced input receiving part 51 receiving information of a cast-in-place concrete pile as advanced information; a step structuring part 52 structuring construction steps by receiving simulation of pulling-out work of a tremie pipe 1 and a casing 2 and by combining a sensor setting step, a concrete installation step, a tremie pipe pulling-out step, a sensor recovery step, and a casing pulling-out step; and a construction management part 53 displaying on a display part 42 a step checking screen having check columns for every construction step structure by the step structuring part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
