JOINT MEMBER FOR STEEL PIPE PILE
To provide a joint member for steel pipe pile that allows a welding material to penetrate into an opening end of a steel pipe for steel pipe pile more evenly in full-welding after tack-welding of the opening end.SOLUTION: An excavation blade 10, which is a metal joint member that is full-welded to an opening end 3 of a steel pipe 1 after being tack-welded thereto, is provided with a tip part 15 inserted into the opening end 3, and a slanting part for groove 20 forming a groove that is an annular groove for full-welding 21 between the slanting part groove and an end face 2 of the opening end 3 in the state in which the tip part 15 is inserted into the opening end 3. A recessed part for tack-welding 22 is formed at the boundary between the tip part 15 and the slanting part for groove 20. The recessed part for tack-welding is welded to the opening end 3 of the steel pipe 1 via a tack-welding material 26 melted in tack-welding. At least three recessed parts for tack-welding are formed at intervals circumferentially at the boundary so that the tack-welding material 26, which is melted on the bottom of the annular groove 21 in tack-welding, flows thereinto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管杭用の鋼管の開口端部において、開口端部に仮溶接した後に、本溶接時の溶接材料をより均一に溶け込ませることができる鋼管杭用の接合部材を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管1の開口端部3において、開口端部3に仮溶接した後に本溶接される金属製の接合部材としての掘削刃10は、開口端部3に内側から入り込む先端部15と、先端部15を開口端部3に入り込ませた状態で、開口端部3の端面2との間に、本溶接用の環状溝21となる開先を形成する開先用傾斜部20と、が形成されている。先端部15と開先用傾斜面20との境界部分において、仮溶接時に融着した仮溶接材26を介して、鋼管1の開口端部3に仮溶接されるものであり、境界部分には、環状溝21の底部に仮溶接時に溶融した仮溶接材26が流れ込むように、周方向に間隔をおいた少なくとも3か所に、仮溶接用凹部22が形成されている。【選択図】図1
