STEEL PIPE PILE, JOINT OF STEEL PIPE PILE, AND PROJECTION TYPE MEMBER FOR WELD-JOINING
To provide a steel pipe pile, a joint of a steel pipe pile and a projection type member for weld-joining, which can weld-joint a joint plate to the end of the steel pipe without using a backing strip, and can increase a strength of a joint part between each of the vertically connected steel pipe piles.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile includes a steel pipe 1 and a joint plate 2 installed on the end of the steel pipe 1. A plate-like or pillar-like projection 3 for weld-joining that internally contacts the inner periphery of the end of the steel pipe 1 is installed inside of the joint plate 1. Continuous bevels 4 are formed in the circumferential direction of the steel pipe 1 between the end of the steel pipe 1 and the joint plate 2. Continuous weld beads 5 are formed in the circumferential direction of the steel pipe 1 so that the end of the steel pipe 1, the joint plate 2 and the edge end of the projection 3 for weld-joining are integrated with each other in the bevels 4. The joint plate 2 and the projection 3 for weld-joining are formed of a plurality of stacked steel plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管の端部に継手板を裏当て金を用いないで溶接接合することができ、かつ上下に接続される各鋼管杭間の継手部の強度を増大できるようにした鋼管杭、鋼管杭の継手および溶接接合用凸型部材を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管1と鋼管1の端部に設置された継手板2とから構成する。継手板1の内側に鋼管1の端部内周に内接する板状または柱状の溶接接合用凸部3を設置する。鋼管1の端部と継手板2との間に鋼管1の周方向に連続する開先4を形成する。開先4内に鋼管1の端部と継手板2と溶接接合用凸部3の縁端部とが一体をなすように鋼管1の周方向に連続する溶接ビード5を形成する。継手板2と溶接接合用凸部3は、それぞれ積層された複数の鋼板から形成する。【選択図】図1
