BASE FRAME AND ASSEMBLING METHOD OF EXTERIOR WALL PANEL
To provide a base frame capable of properly positioning a wall material of an exterior wall panel, and assembling method of exterior wall panel.SOLUTION: In the assembling method of an exterior wall panel, the exterior wall panel is assembled using a base frame 1 on which a mark M is given at a point where the upper end of the exterior wall material 51 is positioned, at a position where the exterior wall material 51 is fixed to a base material 52. In this method, using an adjustment jig 500, for example, the exterior wall material 51 which is positioned at the upper side is pressed downward. A worker adjusts the position of the upper end of the exterior wall material 51 to the mark M by pressing down the exterior wall material 51. In the state that the position is adjusted, the exterior wall material 51 is fixed to the base material 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】外壁パネルの外壁面材の位置決めが的確に行える地組架台および外壁パネルの作製方法を提供する。【解決手段】外壁パネルの作製方法は、外壁面材５１を下地材５２に固定する位置での当該外壁面材５１の上端が位置する箇所においてマークＭが付された地組架台１を用いて外壁パネルを作製する。そして、この方法においては、上記外壁面材５１を、例えば、調整治具５００によって、上側の外壁面材５１を下側に押さえる。作業者は、上記外壁面材５１を下方に押さえることで当該外壁面材５１の上端を上記マークＭの位置に合わせ、このように合わせた状態で、上記外壁面材５１を上記下地材５２に固定する。【選択図】図９
