BASE FRAME, BASE MATERIAL HOLDER AND ASSEMBLING METHOD OF EXTERIOR WALL PANEL USING BASE FRAME
To provide an exterior wall panel with enhanced rigidity, a base frame for assembling the exterior wall panel, and an assembling method of the exterior wall panel using the base material holder used for the base frame and the base frame.SOLUTION: A base frame 1 is used for assembling an exterior wall panel 5 in which multiple exterior wall materials 51 are connected to each other on base materials 52 being aligned in a vertical direction at positions different from attachment points on a building skeleton to which the exterior wall panel 5 is attached. The base frame 1 has a base material holder 2 which comes in contact with the outer surface of a longitudinal drum edge 52a of a steel having a closed section of the base material 52. The base material holder 2 is configured to form a restricted state restricting lateral movement and longitudinal movement of a longitudinal trunk edge 52a and a releasing state for releasing the restricted state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】剛性が高められた外壁パネル、この外壁パネルを地組する地組架台、地組架台で用いられる下地材保持具および地組架台を用いた外壁パネルの作製方法を提供する。【解決手段】地組架台１は、複数の外壁面材５１を上下に並べて下地材５２で連結した外壁パネル５を、当該外壁パネル５が取り付けられる建物躯体の取付箇所とは異なる場所で組み立てるためのものである。この地組架台１は、上記下地材５２となる閉鎖断面鋼材の縦胴縁５２ａの外面に接触し、当該縦胴縁５２ａの左右移動および前後移動を規制する規制状態と、上記規制状態を解除する解除状態とを形成する下地材保持具２を備えている。【選択図】図４
