To provide a fixing method and a structure in which adhesion work can be executed after deck plates are arranged all over a predetermined area surface and fixing work of the deck plates to a beam is efficiently executed.SOLUTION: A deck plate A forms one or more adhesive agent injection parts 4 in the end part of a metal substrate 1. In the adhesive agent injection part 4, a plurality of protruding pieces 5 protruding upwardly are formed by cutting the substrate 1 so that its base part is in an annular shape. In an end part of the protruding piece where the plurality of protruding pieces 5 converges, a gap 9 for injecting the adhesive agent is formed. The deck plate A is hanged between beams B, and by striking the protruding pieces 5 after the adhesive agent is injected from the adhesive agent injection part 4, the adhesive agent is impregnated between the deck plate A and the beam B and both of them are fixed by the adhesive agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】所定面積一面にデッキプレートを配設した後に接着作業をすることを可能とし、デッキプレートの梁への固定作業を効率化した固定方法及び構造を提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレートAは、金属製基板1の端部に接着剤注入部4を一つ又は複数形成して、この接着剤注入部4には、上向きに突出した突片5を複数、その基部が環状をなすように基板1を切断して形成し、複数の突片5が収束する突片の端部には接着剤を注入するための間隙9を形成して構成し、このデッキプレートAを梁B間に掛け渡し、接着剤注入部4から接着剤を注入した後に突片5を打撃することにより接着剤はデッキプレートAと梁Bとの間に浸透し、両者は接着剤によって固定される。【選択図】図3
