HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION AND ANCHOR ELEMENT FIXING METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide a hydraulic composition which can be applied by an injection method and encapsulation method in post-process anchor construction, and enables construction operation to be performed with a margin by lengthening time before reaching the setting starting time, furthermore, the anchor element to be fixed within the expected setting time and having such strength, and to provide a method for fixing the anchor element by using the hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: A hydraulic composition of this invention comprises: a hydraulic component containing portland cement, alumina cement, and quick setting agent; a strength enhancing agent; a fine aggregate having particle size segment number of 4-8; a delayed fluidizing agent; and a setting time adjusting agent. A method for fixing an anchor element comprises the steps in which fixing agent capsule which hydraulic composition is sealed in a cylindrical container having water-permeable body is subjected to contact with water, thereby the particle begin to absorb the water and the aggregation begin to start, the aggregate is removed and put into a cylinder having an aperture, then a lid body is put into the cylinder from the aperture, the lid body is pressed to extrude the aggregate and inject it into a bored hole, and the anchor element is inserted into the bored hole and the aggregate is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】あと施工アンカー工法において、注入方式にもカプセル方式にも用いることができ、かつ凝結始発に達するまでの時間を長くして余裕をもって施工でき、さらに所期の凝結時間と強度とでアンカー素子を定着できる水硬性組成物、及びこれを用いたアンカー素子定着方法を提供する。【解決手段】水硬性組成物は、ポルトランドセメント、アルミナセメント、及び急結剤を含有する水硬成分と、強度増進剤と、粒度区分を４〜８号とする細骨材と、遅延型流動化剤と、凝結時間調整剤とを含むものあり、アンカー素子定着方法は、この水硬性組成物が透水性筒状容器に封入されている定着剤カプセルと水とを接触させることによりそれに吸水させて凝集させる工程、凝集物を取り出して開口を有するシリンダに入れた後、蓋体を開口から入れる工程、蓋体を押圧し凝集物を押し出して削孔に注入する工程、及び削孔にアンカー素子を挿入して凝集物を硬化させる工程を有する。【選択図】図１
