ANCHOR ELEMENT FIXING METHOD AND HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION USED THEREIN
To provide an anchor element fixation method applicable for an anchor element fixation construction not only in a small scale construction but in a medium scale one, and capable of always preparing curable paste with same quality through evenly mixing and kneading a water curable composition and water in a short time with an easy method.SOLUTION: An anchor element fixation method comprises: a process pouring water in a pack provided with a bag body receiving a water curable composition and a port fluidly communicating an environment with an inner cavity of the bag body at an upper end edge thereof from the port; a process preparing curable paste through mixing a water curable composition and water by attaching a cap on the port and applying external force on the pack; a process injecting the curable paste in a bored hole bored in a concrete skeleton by crushing the bag body and extruding the curable paste from the port after removing the cap; and a process curing the curable paste by inserting an anchor element in the bored hole as piercing it in the curable paste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小規模だけでなく中規模のアンカー素子定着工事にも適用でき、かつ水硬性組成物と水とを簡便な方法によって短時間で均一に混合及び混練できることにより、常に同じ品質の硬化性ペーストを調製できるアンカー素子定着方法を提供する。【解決手段】アンカー素子定着方法は、水硬性組成物を収容している袋体と、外界と袋体の内空とをそれの上端辺部で連通させているポートとを有するパックに、ポートから水を入れる工程と、キャップをポートに取り付け、パックに外力を加えることにより、水硬性組成物と水とを混合して硬化性ペーストを調製する工程と、キャップを除去した後、袋体を潰すことによって、硬化性ペーストをポートから押し出してコンクリート躯体に開けられた削孔へ注入する工程と、硬化性ペーストに突き刺しながら削孔にアンカー素子を挿入し、硬化性ペーストを硬化させる工程とを、有する。【選択図】図１
