STEEL SHEET PILE CONNECTOR
To connect so that steel sheet piles are integrated with each other while further corresponding to variations in the accuracy of connection between joint portions of the steel sheet piles.SOLUTION: A steel sheet pile connector 1a comprises a first fixing portion 2 fixed to a first steel sheet pile board 110 so as to straddle an end face 113 of the first steel sheet pile board 110 from one end side of a boundary line 130 between a first joint portion 111 and a second joint portion 121 which are connected to each other, a second fixing portion 3 fixed to a second steel sheet pile 120 so as to straddle an end face 123 of the second steel sheet pile 120 from the one end side of the boundary line 130, and a holding portion 4a that restricts a movement of the second joint portion 121 relative to the first joint portion 111 in a direction parallel to the boundary line 130 and holds the first fixing portion 2 and the second fixing portion 3 while permitting fluctuation of an angle of the second joint portion 121 with respect to the first joint portion 111 with the boundary line 130 as its rotation axis. Therefore, the first steel sheet pile 110 and the second steel sheet pile 120 can be connected to each other so as to be integrated while further corresponding to variations in the accuracy of connection between the first joint portion 111 and the second joint portion 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼矢板の継手部同士の連結の施工精度のばらつきにより対応しつつ鋼矢板同士が一体化するように連結する。【解決手段】鋼矢板用連結具1aは、連結されている第1継手部111と第2継手部121との境界線130の一端の側から第1鋼矢板110の端面113を跨ぐように第1鋼矢板110に固定される第1固定部2と、境界線130の一端の側から第2鋼矢板120の端面123を跨ぐように第2鋼矢板120に固定される第2固定部3と、境界線130に平行な方向への第1継手部111に対する第2継手部121の移動を制限し、境界線130を回転軸とする第1継手部111に対する第2継手部121の角度の変動を許容しつつ第1固定部2と第2固定部3とを保持する保持部4aとを備えるため、第1継手部111と第2継手部121との連結の施工精度のばらつきにより対応しつつ第1鋼矢板110と第2鋼矢板120とが一体化するように連結可能である。【選択図】図1
