To provide an output adjustment device which performs adjustment work easily.SOLUTION: Stopper portions 833, 834 which rotate with a second rotary member 83 are provided in the second rotary member 83. A first stopper receive portion 841, which locates in a rotation trajectory of the stopper portions 833, 834 at the time of being positioned at a rotation regulation position and locates out of the rotation trajectory at the time of being positioned at a rotation permissible position, is provided in a rotation regulation member 84. The rotation regulation member 84 moves toward the rotation permissible position by that the first stopper receive portion 841 is pressed by the stopper portions 833, 834, and moves toward the rotation regulation position by a pushing force of a pushing member 85 when the pressing is released, when the second rotary member 83 rotates toward the winching direction in a state that is positioned at the rotation regulation position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
