To provide a fence which can be installed correspondingly to inclined ground surfaces with various inclination angles and be installed easily on inclined ground surfaces, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A fence 10 includes: a pole 11; a rotary member 30 having a rotary member body 31, and a hook part 34 connected to the rotary member body 31; a rotary shaft part 310 which connects the pole 11 and the rotary member body 31 in such a state that the rotary member body 31 can be rotated with respect to the pole 11; and a fence body 20 which is assembled on the hook part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
