To suppress cracks of a finishing material caused by displacement by thermal expansion of the finishing material and dry shrinkage of a molding plate.SOLUTION: In a molding plate with a finishing material in which a molding plate molded by installing and curing a cement material is formed integrally on a rear face of a panel-like finishing material 1, and a fitting part 40 of an anchor member 4 embedded into the molding plate is fastened and fixed to a plurality of portions on the rear face of the finishing material 1 with a fastening tool 5 inserted into an insertion hole of the fitting part 40, a clearance 62 that absorbs displacement between the anchor member 4 and the fastening tool 5 is formed between the inner surface of the insertion hole of the anchor member 4 and the outer surface of the fastening tool 5, and an elastic body 7 for friction reduction that reduces friction resistance between the rear face 10 side of the finishing material 1 and the fitting part 40 of the anchor member 4 by a fastening force of the fastening tool 5 is provided between the fitting part 40 of the anchor member 4 and the fastening tool 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】仕上げ材の熱伸縮や成形板の乾燥収縮による変位に起因する仕上げ材の割れを抑制する。【解決手段】パネル状の仕上げ材1の裏面に、セメント系材料の打設養生によって成形される成形板が一体形成され、仕上げ材1の裏面の複数個所には、成形板内に埋設されるアンカー部材4の取付け部40が、取付け部40の挿通孔に挿通された締結具5で締結固定されていている仕上げ材付き成形板であって、アンカー部材4の挿通孔の内面と締結具5の外面との間には、アンカー部材4と締結具5との変位を吸収するクリアランス62が形成され、アンカー部材4の取付け部40と締結具5との間には、締結具5の締結力による仕上げ材1の裏面10側とアンカー部材4の取付け部40との間での摩擦抵抗を減じる摩擦低減用弾性体7が設けられている。【選択図】図2
