METHOD FOR INJECTING CHEMICAL SOLUTION, AND CHEMICAL SOLUTION INJECTION PIPE SWITCHING APPARATUS
To resolve a flow failure due to narrowing of the inside of a pipe caused, for example, by the stagnation of a liquid material during an injection process of grout material.SOLUTION: The chemical solution injection pipe switching apparatus connects a washing water pipe 25 to a liquid supply distribution control mechanism 30 from a washing water supply device adjoining a chemical solution supply device 20, and incorporates a washing operation up to a liquid supply pipe to an injection tube discharge part in addition to a supply of injection material at predetermined injection time intervals and/or at a selected injection point, by means of a control operation of the liquid supply distribution control mechanism 30. The chemical solution injection pipe switching apparatus temporarily switches a liquid supply pipe for an injection tube at the injection point from the chemical solution supply state to the washing state, and performs washing in a short time by letting high-pressure water flow in a spouting manner, and can secure a predetermined injection of the injection material into the ground at an injection point, thereby facilitating a ground improvement operation continuously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 グラウト材の注入過程で液材の滞留などによる配管内の狭窄による流動障害を解消する。【解決手段】薬液供給装置20に併設する洗浄水供給装置から洗浄水配管25を給液分配制御機構30と接続し、前記給液分配制御機構30の制御操作によって、所定の注入する時間間隔及び/または選択した注入ポイントでの注入材供給に加えて給液配管並びに注入管吐出部までの洗浄操作を組み込み、前記注入ポイントの注入管への給液配管を薬液材供給から水洗浄に一時的に切換え、高圧水を噴流させて短時間洗浄し、注入地点での地盤内へ所定の注入材注入が確保できるようにして地盤改良操作を継続容易にする。【選択図】図1
