EXPANSIVE CONCRETE
To provide an expansive concrete which can satisfy the standard of the restrained expansion ratio of the concrete for shrinkage compensation according to Japan Society of Civil Engineers (the restrained expansion ratio at the material age of 7 days is 150-250×10), even when the used amount of expansive admixture is small.SOLUTION: An expansive concrete of this invention comprises a cement composition, an expansive admixture, and a limestone aggregate, said cement composition comprising a cement clinker pulverized material and a gypsum, the total SOcontent in said cement composition is 2.5 to 5.0 mass%, and the ratio of dihydrate gypsum to the total amount of dihydrate gypsum and hemihydrate gypsum is 20% or more, calculated as SO. Preferably, a blending amount of the expansive admixture is below 20 kg/min the expansive concrete, more preferably, the restrained expansion ratio at the material age of 7 days is 150-250×10, still more preferably, a content of the limestone aggregate is 40 mass% based on the mass of the whole aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】膨張材の使用量が少ないにもかかわらず、土木学会規準の収縮補償用コンクリートの拘束膨張率（材齢７日のコンクリート拘束膨張率が１５０〜２５０×１０−６）を満足する膨張コンクリート。【解決手段】セメント組成物、膨張材、石灰石骨材を含む膨張コンクリートであって、該セメント組成物はセメントクリンカー粉砕物と石膏を含有してなり、該セメント組成物中の総ＳＯ３量が２．５〜５．０質量％であり、かつ二水石膏および半水石膏の合計量に対する二水石膏の割合がＳＯ３換算で２０％以上である膨張コンクリート。好ましくは、膨張材の配合量が、膨張コンクリート中２０kｇ/ｍ３未満であり、さらに好ましくは、材齢７日における拘束膨張率が１５０〜２５０×１０−６の膨張コンクリート。その上好ましくは、石灰石骨材の含有量が全骨材料に対して、４０質量％である、膨張コンクリート。【選択図】なし
