EXPANSION JOINT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide an expansion joint structure with improved load bearing performance and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: An expansion joint structure 10 is provided so as to close a clearance C between a skeleton 1 and a skeleton 2, one end of which is fixed to one skeleton 1 side as a fixed end 3A freely rotatably, and the other end of which is provided with a cover 3 provided on the other skeleton 2 side as a free end 3B. The expansion joint structure further comprises: a fixed receiving frame 12 provided in the vicinity of the clearance C of one skeleton 1 opposite to the fixed end 3A of the cover 3; a fixing member 14 having a bolt insertion hole 22 through which an anchor bolt 16 fixed to one skeleton 1 is inserted by being joined to the fixed receiving frame 12; and a nut 26 screwed to the anchor bolt 16, for fastening the fixing member 14 to one skeleton 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
