REPLACE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PALLET TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE
To provide a replace construction method of a pallet type mechanical parking device which can be performed without causing much trouble to residents due to the generation of large vibration and noise during the construction.SOLUTION: An existing pallet type mechanical parking device in a body building 1 is dismantled and removed, with existing anchor bolts used in the body building 1 being left as they are. New H-shaped steel beams 20A, 20B for vertical load transmission being fixed by using at least part of the existing anchor bolts used on a pit bottom surface 7 are provided. New steel plates 27A-27N for earthquake time horizontal force transmission fixed by using at least part of the existing anchor bolts used in beams 2A-2N are provided. Lower end parts of newly provided shelf columns 14A-14D, 15A-15D are fixed on the new H-shaped steel beams 20A, 20B for vertical load transmission to erect. Fixing work is performed for fixing intermediate parts in the longer direction of the newly provided shelf columns 14A-14D, 15A-15D on the new steel plates 27A-27N for earthquake time horizontal force transmission via newly provided brackets 28A-28D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】工事中に大変な振動および騒音を発生して居住者に大変迷惑を掛けることなく行うことができるようにしたパレット式機械駐車装置のリプレース施行方法を提供する。【解決手段】本体建物1で使用していた既設アンカーボルトを残して、本体建物1内の既設のパレット式機械駐車装置を解体撤去し、ピット底面7で使用していた既設アンカーボルトの少なくとも一部を用いて固定した新規鉛直荷重伝達用H形綱梁20A,20Bを設け、また梁2A〜2Nで使用していた既設アンカーボルトの少なくとも一部を用いて固定した新規地震時水平力伝達用鋼板27A〜27Nを設け、新規鉛直荷重伝達用H形綱梁20A,20Bの上に新設棚柱14A〜14D,15A〜15Dの下端部を固定して樹立させ、新規地震時水平力伝達用鋼板27A〜27Nに新設棚柱14A〜14D,15A〜15Dの長手方向の中間部を新設ブラケット28A〜28Dを介して固定する固定作業を行う。【選択図】図3
