FAST RENEWAL METHOD FOR EXISTING WALL BALUSTRADE
To provide a fast renewal method for existing wall balustrade which can be performed quickly and in a short amount of time by replacing the renewal of an existing balustrade such as for a road bridge with a precast balustrade.SOLUTION: An existing balustrade is cut on a pavement surface of a floor slab 1 and removed. Place two of a plurality of under-reamed anchors 3 in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis and more of a plurality of under-reamed anchors in the bridge axis direction at prescribed intervals on the cut surface. An L-shaped reinforced bar 10 is joined to each under-reamed anchor 3 to form a floor slab side loop joint 11 which closes in a rectangular shape in a vertical plane perpendicular to the bridge axis at prescribed intervals in the bridge axis direction. A precast balustrade 2 is installed on the upper side of the floor slab side loop joint 11. A plurality of balustrade side loop joints 14 arranged at the lower end of the precast balustrade 2 and closing in a rectangular shape in a vertical plane in a direction perpendicular to the bridge axis are alternately overlapped in the direction of the bridge axis with the floor slab side loop joints 11. A mortar filling space 15 located between the floor slab 1 and the precast balustrade 2 is filled with a rapid hardening mortar 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路橋等の既設壁高欄の更新をプレキャスト壁高欄に取り換えることにより短時間でかつ迅速に行える既設壁高欄の急速更新工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設壁高欄を床版部1の舗装面で切断して撤去する。その切断面に複数の拡底アンカー3を橋軸直角方向に2個、橋軸方向に複数個、所定間隔おきに設置する。各拡底アンカー3にL形鉄筋10を接合して橋軸直角方向の鉛直面内で矩形状に閉合する床版部側ループ継手11を橋軸方向に所定間隔おきに形成する。床版部側ループ継手11の上側にプレキャスト壁高欄2を設置する。プレキャスト壁高欄2の下端部に配筋された、橋軸直角方向の鉛直面内で矩形状に閉合する複数の壁高欄側ループ継手14を床版部側ループ継手11と橋軸方向に交互にラップさせる。床版部1とプレキャスト壁高欄2間のモルタル充填空間15内に超速硬モルタル16を充填する。【選択図】図1
