PARTIAL RENEWAL METHOD FOR EXISTING WALL BALUSTRADE
To provide a partial renewal method for existing wall balustrade that allows rapid construction.SOLUTION: (1) A fixed section A in the bridge axis direction of an installation wall balustrade 1 is removed while being cut into a plurality of sections in the vertical direction and the bridge axis direction. (2) Holes for fixing anchor reinforcements are drilled in a vertical cut surface 1a of the wall balustrade 1. (3) A joint jig having a joint rib 4a is attached to the vertical cut surface 1a. (4) A precast wall balustrade 3A is installed in a section Aadjacent to the wall balustrade 1, and the joint rib 4a is engaged with a recessed groove 5 of the precast wall balustrade 3A. (5) In a section A, being adjacent to the section Awhere the precast wall balustrade 3A was installed, a plurality of precast wall columns 3B each having recessed grooves 5 on one vertical end face in the bridge axis direction and joint ribs 7a on the other vertical end face are installed adjacent to each other in the bridge axis direction. The adjacent recessed grooves 5 and the joint ribs 7a are engaged with each other. (6) Each of the recessed grooves 5 are filled with ultra rapid hardening, high fluidity shrinkage compensating mortar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】急速施工可能な既設壁高欄の部分更新工法の提供。【解決手段】(1)設壁高欄1の橋軸方向の一定区間Aを鉛直方向と橋軸方向に複数に切断しなから撤去する。(2)壁高欄1の鉛直切断面1aにアンカー鉄筋定着用孔を削孔する。(3)鉛直切断面1aに接合リブ4aを有する接合治具を取り付ける。(4)壁高欄1と隣接する区間A1にプレキャスト壁高欄3Aを設置し、プレキャスト壁高欄3Aの凹溝5に接合リブ4aに係合する。(5)プレキャスト壁高欄3Aを設置した区間A1に隣接する区間A2に橋軸方向の一方の鉛直端面に凹溝5、他方の鉛直端面に接合リブ7aをそれぞれ有する複数のプレキャスト壁高欄3Bを橋軸方向に互いに隣接させて設置し、隣接する各凹溝5と接合リブ7aを互いに係合する。(6)各凹溝5内に超速硬高流動性無収縮モルタルを充填する。【選択図】図8
