To provide a technology that can make movement of an operating member compact when adjusting a flow rate and a temperature of a water discharge flow.SOLUTION: The handle device comprises: a temperature adjustment handle 44 for operating a temperature adjustment valve for adjusting a temperature of a water discharge flow discharged by a water discharge device, and a flow rate adjustment handle 46 for operating a flow regulating valve for adjusting a flow rate of the water discharge flow, wherein each of the temperature adjustment valve and the flow rate adjustment valve is disposed outside the temperature adjustment handle 44 and outside the flow rate adjustment handle 46, and each of the temperature adjustment handle 44 and the flow rate adjustment handle 46 is rotatable around a water supply channel 28 provided inside the water discharge device and actuates a corresponding valve by rotation thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
