To provide a technique capable of securing a cross-sectional area of a water hole while miniaturizing a water passage forming member.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a water passage forming member 62 extending in an axial direction, a first water hole 94 and a second water hole 95 formed in the water passage forming member 62, a water passage provided on one side in the axial direction with respect to the water passage forming member 62 and allowing water to flow into the respective inlets of the first water hole 94 and the second water hole 95, and a valve body capable of opening and closing an inlet of the second water hole 95. Centers Cb1 and Cb2 of the first water hole 94 and the second water hole 95 are eccentric with respect to an outer shape center Cb0 of the water passage forming member in a cross section orthogonal to the axial direction of the water passage forming member 62. No hollow is formed in the water passage forming member 62 in directions Py1 and Py2 in which the water holes are eccentric from the outer shape center Cb0 with respect to the first water hole 94 and the second water hole 95, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
