To provide a technique which can miniaturize a projection of a water discharge part.SOLUTION: A water discharge part includes a body part 46 where a water passage to a water discharge port is formed therein, a projection 48 projecting from the body part 46, a valve mechanism 100 having a valve body 102 which can open and close the water passage, and an operation member 66 which is provided as at least a part of the projection 48, and can actuate the valve body 102 by being operated by receiving an external force, where the valve mechanism 100 has a position holding mechanism 120 which can switch the valve body 102 to a valve closing state where the valve body 102 is held in a valve closing position and a valve opening state where the valve body 102 is held in a valve opening position, by actuating the valve body 102 by the operation member 66, and the position holding mechanism 120 is provided on the body part 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
