REMOVAL METHOD OF CANTILEVERED OVERHANG WORK VEHICLE
To provide a removal method of a cantilevered overhang work vehicle which can perform a pull-back operation of the cantilevered overhang work vehicle in an approximately same state, without removing a part of a cross beam of an upper structure or lowering a lower working platform immediately below, and can be easily perform the pull-back operation by merely rearranging small and lightweight components.SOLUTION: Provided is a removal method of a cantilevered overhang work vehicle 2 for removing the cantilevered overhang work vehicle 2 after pulling back the cantilevered overhang work vehicle 2 to a bridge face at a position near a support tower 13 provided in a substantially center part of the bridge after the completion of construction. The cantilevered overhang work vehicle 2 is formed by connecting a pair of cantilevered overhang work vehicle units which are framed in a substantially rectangular shape, and the formed cantilevered overhang work vehicle 2 is mounted on a plurality of rails 14. A lifting preventing roller is engaged with and attached to the inner rail 14 so as to prevent the cantilevered overhang work vehicle units from being overturned in a bridge width direction side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上部構の横梁の一部について取り外したり、下段作業台は直下に降下させたりすることなく、片持ち張り出し作業車をほぼそのままの状態で引き戻し作業が行え、小型で軽量な部材を単に組み換えるだけで引き戻し作業を容易にした片持ち張り出し作業車の撤去工法を提供する。【解決手段】施工の完了後に片持ち張り出し作業車2を橋梁略中央部に設けられた支持塔13近傍位置の橋面まで引き戻した後、撤去する片持ち張り出し作業車2の撤去工法であって、前記片持ち張り出し作業車2は、一対の略方体状に枠組みした片持ち張り出し作業車ユニットを連結して形成し、形成された片持ち張り出し作業車2は複数本のレール14上に載置され、内側のレール14には、前記片持ち張り出し作業車ユニットが各々橋梁幅方向側に横転防止すべく浮き上がり防止用のローラーが係止して取り付けられたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
