UNLOADING AUXILIARY TOOL, BRAKE AUXILIARY TOOL AND UNLOADING METHOD
To provide a method for reducing frequent replacements of gloves and possibility of getting a hand burnt and improving workability.SOLUTION: A base column of an unloading auxiliary tool 40 is fastened by clamping to the upper end of a front side vertical frame 8 of a building frame member 2 erected on the uppermost stage in a Beatty temporary scaffold 1, and a hook fastened to the upper end of the base column is fitted to a horizontal frame. A pulley 90 is suspended from a pulley attachment part 46 mounted in the forward end of an arm part 45 extended obliquely upward and forward from the upper end of the base column, and an unloading rope 3 wound around the pulley 90 is wound by about 3/4 circumference around a body part of a brake part 49 installed on the front side of the base column. A building frame 6 is hung on the unloading rope 3 suspended from the pulley 90 and is thrown on the ground. At first the rise movement of the unloading rope 3 suspended from the brake part 49 is not restrained, and the rise movement is restrained by hands with leather gloves at a point where the building frame is approaching the ground, and brake is applied by bringing the unloading rope 3 into contact with the body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】手袋の頻繁な交換や火傷する恐れを減らし、作業性を改善する方法の提供。【解決手段】ビティ仮設足場1の最上ステージに立てられた建枠部材2の前面側縦枠8の上端部に荷降ろし補助具40の基部支柱をクランプで締結し、この際、基部支柱の上端部に固着されたフックを横枠に嵌合する。基部支柱の上端部から斜め上向きの前方に延設されたアーム部45の前端部に装着された滑車取り付け部46に滑車90を懸吊し、滑車90に巻き掛けた荷降ろしロープ3を基部支柱の前面に設けたブレーキ部49の胴部に約3/4周だけ巻き掛ける。滑車90から垂れ下がった荷降ろしロープ3に建枠部材6を吊るして地上に投下し、最初はブレーキ部49から下がった荷降ろしロープ3の上昇移動を拘束しないようにし、地上に近づいた所で上昇移動を皮手袋をした手で拘束し、荷降ろしロープ3を胴部に接触させてブレーキを掛かける。【選択図】図2
