UNLOADING AUXILIARY TOOL FOR SIMPLE CANE, UNLOADER, SIMPLE CRANE AND UNLOADING METHOD
To reduce a risk of a burn, and to alleviate a burden of a worker.SOLUTION: In a Beatty-type temporary scaffold 201 in which a simple crane 10 for suspending a pulley 20 is arranged at a front part, an unloading auxiliary tool 30 is detachably attached to a lower part of the simple crane 10. The unloading auxiliary tool 30 comprises a base part member 31 and a brake part 34, and the brake part 34 includes a flank part 35 to which an unloading rope 3 is wound, and stoppers 36, 37 for inhibiting the removal of the unloading rope 3 wound to the flank part 35. After the unloading rope 3 is wound to the pulley 20 and the flange part 35 of the simple crane, an unloading objective member 6 is suspended to the unloading rope 3 which is hung down from the pulley 20, and dropped on the ground, and a descending speed is raised, when the rise movement of the unloading rope 3 which is hung down from the flank part 35 is not constricted, the unloading rope is separated from the flank part 35 by a centrifugal force, a brake is not applied, and on the other hand, when constricting the rise movement by hands, the unloading rope 3 contacts which the flank part 34, and the brake is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 火傷する恐れを減らし、作業者の負担を軽減する。【解決手段】 前部に滑車２０を懸吊する簡易クレーン１０が設置されたビティ式仮設足場２０１の内、簡易クレーン１０の下に荷降ろし補助具３０を着脱自在に装着する。荷降ろし補助具３０は基部部材３１とブレーキ部３４を備え、ブレーキ部３４は荷降ろしロープ３が巻き掛けられる胴部３５と胴部３５に巻き掛けられた荷降ろしロープ３が外れるのを阻止するストッパ３６、３７を含む。荷降ろしロープ３を簡易クレーンの滑車２０と胴部３５に巻き掛け、滑車２０から垂れ下がった荷降ろしロープ３に荷降ろし対象部材６を吊るして地上に投下し降下速度が上がったあと、胴部３５から垂れ下がった荷降ろしロープ３の上昇移動を拘束しないときは遠心力で荷降ろしロープが胴部３５から離れてブレーキが掛からず、上昇移動を手で拘束すると荷降ろしロープ３が胴部３４に接触してブレーキが掛かるようにした。【選択図】 図２
