To provide a delivery support technology using a home delivery box that can prevent re-delivery and further improve delivery efficiency.SOLUTION: A home delivery box 1 is caused to detect the usage state of each locker 10 of the home delivery box 1, and a delivery management server 2 is caused to manage the usage state of each locker 10 via a network 5. Upon receiving a delivery destination designation request with designation of a recipient from a deliverer terminal 3, the delivery management server 2 specifies a home delivery box 1 having a locker 10 in the usage state "empty" and located near a registered point of the recipient based on point information of the recipient designated by the delivery destination designation request, installation position information of the home delivery box 1, and the usage state of each locker 10 of the home delivery box 1, and displays a list including each specified home delivery box 1 on a recipient terminal 4 of the recipient. Upon receiving designation of a delivery destination from the recipient terminal 4, a delivery destination designation notification including the designation of this delivery destination is transmitted to the deliverer terminal 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】再配達を防止して、配送の更なる効率化を図ることができる宅配ボックスを用いた配送支援技術を提供する。【解決手段】宅配ボックス１に、宅配ボックス１が有する各ロッカー１０の使用状態を検出させ、ネットワーク５を介して配送管理サーバ２に、各ロッカー１０の使用状態を管理させる。配送管理サーバ２は、受取人の指定を伴う配送先指定要求を配送人端末３から受信すると、この配送先指定要求で指定されている受取人の地点情報と、宅配ボックス１の設置位置情報と、宅配ボックス１が有する各ロッカー１０の使用状態とに基づいて、使用状態「空」のロッカー１０を有し、受取人の登録地点近隣にある宅配ボックス１を特定し、特定した宅配ボックス１のリストを受取人の受取人端末４に表示させる。そして、受取人端末４から配送先の指定を受け付けたならば、この配送先の指定を含む配送先指定通知を配送人端末３に送信する。【選択図】図１
