To provide a delivery support apparatus and the like for a delivery service capable of designating a compartment of a vehicle used by a user as a delivery destination of a package in which a delivery person can deliver the package into the compartment of the vehicle even if the vehicle exists in an area where the authority to enter is required.SOLUTION: A delivery support apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention for supporting a delivery service operation capable of designating a vehicle compartment including a trunk of a vehicle used by a client as a package delivery destination, includes: a key information distribution unit for distributing to a business operator who provides the delivery service, key information used by a delivery person of the business operator to unlock an access the door of a compartment of the vehicle; and an entrance authority information distribution unit for distributing entrance authority information on the authority for the delivery person to enter a predetermined area where the vehicle exists at a distribution time of the key information to the business operator by the key information distribution unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
