To surely perform processing of preventing water from entering the indoor without installing a conventional weir in an underground double wall.SOLUTION: In a structure of a double wall 2 in which a rail 30 is installed on a floor slab 12 along an outer wall 11 and a lower end of a wall panel 20 is fitted to a panel fitting groove 301 of the rail 30 and an upper end is fixed to an upper floor slab 13, the rail 30 includes a bottom plate portion 31 fixed to the floor slab 12, a front plate portion 33 rising from an inner end of the bottom plate portion 31 and a back plate portion 32 which rises from an outer end of the bottom plate portion 31 and which constitutes a weir higher than the front plate portion 33. Furthermore, a cut-off structure is provided in which a first cut-off seal 41 is provided between the rail 30 and a drainage groove 15, and a second cut-off seal 42 is provided between the bottom plate portion 31 inside the first cut-off seal 41 and the floor slab 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地下二重壁において、屋内への水の浸入防止処理を従来の堰を設けることなく確実に行う。【解決手段】床スラブ12上に外壁11に沿ってレール30を設置し、壁パネル20の下端部をレール30のパネル嵌合溝301に嵌合し、上端部を上階スラブ13に固定した二重壁2の構造であって、レール30は、床スラブ12に固定される底板部31と、底板部31の内側の端部から立ち上がる前板部33と、底板部31の外側の端部から立ち上がり前板部33よりも高い堰を構成する背板部32とを備える。さらにレール30と排水溝15との間に第1の止水シール41を設け、第1の止水シール41の内側の底板部31と床スラブ12との間に第2の止水シール42を設けた止水構造を有する。【選択図】図1
