To provide an automatic valet parking system with improved safety.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes: a key request receiving unit for receiving a temporary key request from a server device; an ID transmitting unit for transmitting a terminal-device ID and a temporary key request to a key management server device; a temporary key receiving unit for receiving a temporary key from the key management server device; and a temporary key transmitting unit for transmitting the temporary key to the server device. The key management server device includes: a temporary key generating unit for generating the temporary key; and a temporary key transmitting unit for transmitting the temporary key to the terminal device. The server device includes: a key request generating unit for generating the temporary key request; a key request transmitting unit for transmitting the temporary key request to the terminal device; a temporary key receiving unit for receiving the temporary key from the terminal device; an operation plan generating unit for generating an operation plan; and a key/plan transmitting unit for transmitting the temporary key and the operation plan to a vehicle. The vehicle includes: a key/plan receiving unit for receiving the temporary key and the operation plan from the server device; and an automatic operation controlling unit for executing automatic operation control according to the operation plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
