BOTTOM BAR CURVATURE CORRECTION METHOD AND MISPLACEMENT CORRECTION METHOD
To provide a construction method for improving the yield of truss bar by a simpler means.SOLUTION: There are two possible reasons for the deformation of the bottom muscle contained in the truss bar: 1) deformation of the bottom bar due to stress due to deformation of the lattice bar, and 2) deformation of the bottom bar itself. For the former, it is conceivable to cut the welding point of the bottom and lattice bars in the vicinity of the portion where deformation is occurring or to cut the lattice bar near the welding point where deformation is occurring. For the latter, the bottom muscle is corrected by cutting a portion with a large amount of deformation of the bottom bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】より簡便な手段でトラス筋の歩留まりを向上させる施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】トラス筋に含まれるボトム筋の変形の理由としては、1)ラチス筋の変形による応力によるボトム筋の変形、2)ボトム筋自体の変形、の二つが考えられる。前者に対しては変形が起きている個所近傍のボトム筋とラチス筋の溶接点を切断する、あるいは変形が生じている溶接点近傍のラチス筋を切断することが考えられる。後者に対してはボトム筋の変形量の多い個所を切断することでボトム筋を矯正する。【選択図】図4
