To provide a server device capable of smoothly managing automatic valet parking.SOLUTION: A server device includes: a route and schedule generation unit for generating a route being a sequence of coordinate information of a scheduled traveling pathway of an automatic driving vehicle and a schedule being a sequence of time information of scheduled passage time associated with respective pieces of coordinate information of the route with respect to the automatic driving vehicle traveling in a parking lot; a priority order generation unit for generating priority order in traveling in a parking lot with respect to the automatic driving vehicle; a confliction determination unit for determining whether all or a part of the route and schedule of an arbitrary automatic driving vehicle conflicts with all or a part of the route and schedule of an automatic driving vehicle whose priority order is higher than that of the arbitrary automatic driving vehicle; and a route and schedule re-generation unit for re-generating a route and schedule of the arbitrary automatic driving vehicle or re-generating a schedule of the arbitrary automatic driving vehicle when the confliction determination unit determines confliction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
