[Problem] To flexibly manage restriction of the usage of a restricted item by a person under restriction. [Solution] A server device according to the present invention is configured to receive at least one of person-under-restriction related information and usage related information, the person-under-restriction related information relating to a person under restriction for whom the usage of a restricted item is restricted, and the usage related information relating to the usage of the restricted item by a person under restriction instructed by an instructor, and to execute processing for generating authentication key information that is generated on the basis of the received at least one of the person-under-restriction related information and the usage related information, the authentication key information being used to authenticate input key information and to unlock the restriction of the restricted item, the input key information being generated on the basis of predefined input-key generation rule information and authentication key information and input by the person under restriction via the restricted item.

[Solution] Un dispositif serveur selon la présente invention est conçu pour recevoir des informations relatives à une personne sous restriction et/ou des informations relatives à l'utilisation, les informations relatives à une personne sous restriction concernant une personne sous restriction pour laquelle l'utilisation d'un élément restreint est limitée, et les informations relatives à l'utilisation concernant l'utilisation de l'élément restreint par une personne sous restriction ordonnée par un instructeur, et pour exécuter un traitement afin de générer des informations de clé d'authentification qui sont générées sur la base des informations relatives à une personne sous restriction et/ou des informations relatives à l'utilisation reçues, les informations de clé d'authentification étant utilisées pour authentifier des informations de clé d'entrée et pour déverrouiller la restriction de l'élément limité, les informations de clé d'entrée étant générées sur la base d'informations de règle de génération de clé d'entrée et d'informations de clé d'authentification prédéfinies, et entrées par la personne sous restriction par l'intermédiaire de l'élément restreint.
