METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING GROUND IMPROVEMENT BODY AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PILE
To provide a method for constructing a ground improvement body and a method for constructing a pile, which can ensure the stability of a hole wall and shut off groundwater, and can be rationally constructed with a small number of steps.SOLUTION: First, a cylindrical ground improvement body 27 is constructed in a range from a design improvement depth 23 in the non-contaminated ground 1 to the ground surface. After drilling a drilling rod 11 with a stirring blade 13 to the non-contaminated ground 1, the drilling rod 11 is rotated and pulled up to construct the ground improvement body 27 while injecting the cement milk and the compressed air from a solidifying material nozzle provided near a tip of the stirring blade 13-1. Then, unmodified ground 45 inside the ground improvement body 27 is drilled to form a space. Next, a prefabricated pile made of concrete or steel is driven in a pile construction planned area located inside the cylindrical ground improvement body 27 in plan view. Thereafter, a cement-based material is filled between the ground improvement body 27 and the prefabricated pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】確実に孔壁の安定および地下水の止水を図ることができ、少ない工程で合理的に施工できる地盤改良体の造成方法および杭の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】まず、非汚染地盤1中の設計改良深度23から地表までの範囲に筒状の地盤改良体27を造成する。地盤改良体27は、非汚染地盤1に、撹拌翼13を有する掘削ロッド11を掘進させた後、撹拌翼13−1の先端近傍に設けられた固化材用ノズルからセメントミルクおよび圧縮空気を噴射しながら掘削ロッド11を回転させつつ引き上げて造成する。そして、地盤改良体27の内側の未改良地盤45を掘削して空間を形成する。次に、平面視で筒状の地盤改良体27の内側に位置する杭施工予定領域に、コンクリート製または鋼製の既製杭を打設する。その後、地盤改良体27と既製杭との間にセメント系材料を充填する。【選択図】図1
